Beginning February 1, Dairy Queen will add the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Blizzard to its menu. The Valentine-themed treat is a blend of strawberry topping and chocolate chunks with DQ soft-serve ice cream.
Michael Keller, chief brand officer for DQ, notes that such signature Blizzard flavors helped set his brand apart from competitors. “The DQ brand is all about creating smiles and stories,” he says. “That begins with delighting customers with exciting and intriguing flavors such as Chocolate Dipped Strawberry.”
The average price of the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Blizzard is $2.59 for the 12 oz., $3.00 for the 16 oz., and $3.50 for the 21 oz.
Dairy Queen also offers heart-shaped Valentine’s Day cakes, made with a layer of chocolate soft serve topped with chocolate cookie pieces then layered with vanilla soft serve and decorated with icing.
